IPS fidelity scale for young adults
The IPS Employment Center has developed an adaptation of the IPS Fidelity Scale tailored to the young adult (15 to 26 years) population. The team have completed a pilot reviews and invite others to use the scale and give feedback.
There are 35 items, many are the same as the IPS scale, with new items on education, family involvement, and career exploration.
The content of this fidelity scale was developed under a funding grant from the National Institute on Disability, Independent Living, and Rehabilitation Research (NIDILRR), to determine reliability with a large enough sample of sites (e.g., 15-20).
