IPS-25 Fidelity Scale for Australia and New Zealand

Use the Fidelity Scale: Supported Employment Fidelity Scale ANZ 2011 and Supported Employment Fidelity Scale ANZ (v2) 2018

The Supported Employment Fidelity Scale, known as IPS-25 has been adapted for Australia and New Zealand.

Fidelity reviews are a continuous improvement process where a service is reviewed against the IPS approach.

A globally-recognised fidelity scale translates the principles of IPS into items that a service can be scored against. The higher the score, the greater the quality of the service.

The Australia and New Zealand version (2011, revised 2018) was adapted by Geoff Waghorn (Head, Social Inclusion and Translational Research, The Queensland Centre for Mental Health Research, Australia) and approved by Dartmouth Psychiatric Research Center.
