Robert has been working in IPS employment support in Auckland for 13 years, initially as an employment consultant with Workwise before becoming a team leader. During his time as team leader, Robert worked closely with Te Whatu Ora and the Ministry of Social Development across Auckland, Counties Manukau and Waitematā, and was heavily involved with new service rollouts and integration. Robert has also assisted Work Counts as a fidelity reviewer and training facilitator since 2022.
He has qualifications in employment support and human services with almost 20 years’ experience in both the mental health and intellectual disability sectors.
Robert joined Work Counts as the IPS Implementation Manager in March 2024 and is based in Manukau.
