Highlights from 2025 – forming connections

In looking back at our activity and highlights from last year, we’re pleased to share with you a snapshot that is centred on new connections, ideas and insights. Along with leaders, funders and planners, service providers, government and non-governmental organisations, we see daily the transformation that employment brings – and the growing interest from a wide range of organisations in taking an individualised, evidence-based approach to employment support.

We were pleased to see a high number of organisations from across Aotearoa attending our workshops for the first time (both online and in person), as well as good engagement from IPS employment support providers whose feedback has been invaluable in the development of new workshop offerings.
